Our Patient Accounting Department is committed to providing you with quality customer service for all of your billing requirements.

As a courtesy to our patients, we file all primary and secondary insurance claims. We are participating providers for most major insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and Washington Worker's Compensation (L&I).

We encourage patients to contact their insurance company directly to determine coverage for specific diagnostic imaging studies, as well as the need for preauthorization for diagnostic imaging.

We strive to provide timely response to all inquiries and return telephone calls within 24 hours of the original message.

When you receive services at Memorial's Valley Imaging, you will receive two separate bills. One bill will be from Memorial's Valley Imaging for the services provided by the technologists and the equipment used to perform your tests. The other bill will be from Yakima Valley Radiology for the physician that provides the interpretation and report of the imaging study and consultation with your personal health care provider.
