Scheduling

Memorial's Valley Imaging Scheduling Department is available to schedule appointments between 7:15 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The following departments require a scheduled appointment:

MRI
PET/CT
CT (CAT scan)
Ultrasound
Vascular Lab

X-rays examinations require no appointment and are performed on a "walk-in" basis.

All examinations performed at Memorial's Valley Imaging require an order (referral) from your health care provider.

Some insurance companies require preauthorization for diagnostic imaging procedures. If you have a concern, contact your insurance company. For additional information, visit our Insurance/Billing page on this website.
